Anyone who has ever talked about music with me knows that it usually turns into a discussion of, well have you heard this, or this one, or... you get the picture. If you've ever been to a vinyl night with Mike, you might have seen a little bit of this but it was limited to only what I had on vinyl.
When I worked in record stores for 15 years, co-workers would talk about their likes and dislikes; it was a way for you, as a music fan, to expand YOUR world. "Wow.. I've never heard that but it's fucking cool" is a phrase that can and will hit you on music that touches that spot.
Who and what is that about?
Playlist #1 is 2 1/2 hours of music you would hear with me on a "check this out" music conversation.
Some you may know, some you may not, and I hope you get that "WTF" moments a few times.
I decided that a complete playlist of artists and song title will happen, but if I just added it to the end of this post, all you would have to do is look at the song listing and go..."Yeah, that's great" and move on.Part of the joy is discovering it for the first time, not knowing what or who it is.
The only clues I will give you for now is some of the art work from the artists and from the album the song is included on.
